In Brazil GMO’s
are illegal, even though there is an estimated U$1 billion
worth of soybeans to be harvested that are GMO’s.
This is a political question and the new government
apparently will authorize the harvest of this crop and
prohibit future plantings.
In the vegetable business, it is prohibited to produce,
import and sell GMO’s.
