How does APSA
define its mission? Has this mission evolved since the
association’s creation?

APSA has a
very well defined mission. It is "to improve production and
trade of quality seed and planting material of
agri-horticultural crops in the Asian & Pacific region"
The mission was clear right from the
inception of APSA.
