obstacle or problem is just an opportunity to achieve higher
levels of excellence and to gain respect, loyalty and support
from your customer base.
Probably the greatest personal
obstacle was impatience and the inability to get things done
quicker, to grow the company to higher levels faster.
To develop infrastructure, logistics,
a complete product range and a well motivated and technically
qualified sales team, it all just took a little longer than my
personality had expectations for.
