Will these two
programs facilitate or hinder trade between Europe and the US
and with their trade partners around the world? |

It might
hinder trade between the US and Europe, because at a certain
moment Europe may say that it only accepts import and
marketing of US organically labeled products that are produced
in a 100% organic way (including the use of organic seeds) for
those species for which the EU has a ‘no-exemption’ rule.
The current rules of the US don't go as far
than those in Europe.
