Form Manager

the distribution chain. To further our corporate objectives, we
have an immediate opening for a Seed Form Manager.
This position is responsible for managing the transition of Seed
Technology processes and products from inception to finished
product. This talented individual will:
- work with Research and
Development personnel to complete the transition of new
products and processes from R & D to production;
- collaborate with Seed
Product Managers to integrate new products into existing
seed technology forms, ensuring successful product launches;
- create and maintain
standardized production documentation and procedures;
- apply Ball Premier Lab
existing technologies (priming, coating, pelleting and seed
treatment) in a unique and creative way to benefit our
customer and increase sales.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a Bachelor’s Degree in
Horticulture or related field and a minimum of 3 years’
experience in a lab or related setting;
- demonstrated attention to
detail, good analytical and organizational skills as well as
the ability to work in an interactive team environment;
- ability to manage multiple
priorities successfully;
- working knowledge of MS
Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
- Excellent communication
skills.
