We seek a motivated TACTICAL
MARKETING MANAGER at our Oxnard, California location.
In this role the candidate will have the following
responsibilities:

Develop Dealer & Grower
Programs
-
Price existing commercial
products
-
Conduct Competitor Pricing
Analysis
-
Provide Marketing Support to
Sales Regions
-
Dealer Inventory Collection &
Analysis
-
Surplus and Aging Inventory
Reduction
-
Seed Technology – Future Crops
to focus on
-
Remove internal barriers
-
Improve Operational Excellence
-
Understand the Growers &
Dealers needs
-
Being the voice for Sales
-
Understand strategic marketing
principles, the market and competitive practices
-
Assess, understand and meet
customer needs
-
Product knowledge
The successful candidate will
possess:
-
Bachelors degree, business
related
-
5+ years professional
experience, preferably in sales or marketing or customer
operations
-
Project leadership experience
-
Ability to work in a
multifunctional team by building great relationships both
internally and externally
-
Communication and presentation
skills, as well as outstanding listening skills are required
for this role
-
Excellent negotiation skills,
influencing skills, and the ability to manage complexity
-
Ability to anticipate and an
outstanding results orientation are required

Hands-on management of
operational marketing
-
Some travel will be required
