POSITION:
ESH Associate
Location: St. Louis,
Missouri
Monsanto Company, based in St. Louis, Missouri, is a leading

Magazine and currently we seek a motivated ESH ASSOCIATE who
will be a source for breeding technology sites to understand
ESH, ISO and compliance requirements, with emphasis placed on
safety.
The candidate will audit functions
at the sites and provide feedback to the site team. In this role
the candidate will work closely with ESH to increase
communication and leverage safety initiatives, log ESH incidents
and work with site teams to perform GAP analyses as necessary.
Additionally, the candidate will participate and be part of
Monsanto safety teams, provide or facilitate training when
necessary and help stations prepare for VPP Star.
Additional responsibilities:
- Monitor safety incidents at
sites, making sure sites enter incidents into the STOP safety
website.
- Audit safety program at sites and working with team to develop
a plan of action for corrective actions.
- Collect safety data, enter into system and analyze.
The successful candidate will
possess:
- BS degree in Agriculture or
related field
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and implement ESH and ISO policies
- Experience working at a breeding site is desirable
