POSITION:
Market
Quality Manager
Location: Modesto, California

We currently have an opening
for a Market Quality Manager.
The primary responsibilities
for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and direct all
aspects of complaint and claims handling, including but not
limited to the following key components:
- Primary contact person
for Harris Moran sales and marketing personnel reporting
complaints and claims. Liaison for legal and regulatory
contacts.
- Direct all
investigations, either personally or through identified
internal or external experts.
- Coordinate all
official company complaint and claim responses back to
customers.
- Maintain a complete,
up to date and accurate database of all complaints and
claims.
- Initiate and monitor
all corrective action generated from complaint and claim
resolutions.
- Coordinate with Product
Managers and Product Development personnel the collection of
database maintenance of market quality profiles for all
crops and regions in order that the proper quality standards
can be met to meet legitimate customer needs.
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Agricultural
Science
- 3 to 5 years technical
seed industry experience
- Must be able to travel
domestically and internationally.
Skills required:
- Good working knowledge of
seed testing, plant pathology, genetics, and agronomy.
- Strong analytical
background, with problem analysis and decision making
abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills a must.
- Must have familiarity with
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
