Group is looking for suitable profiles for an
International Sales Manager position.
Job
responsibilities
-
Lead the
team in strategic planning, and organizing to achieve the
annual export targets.
-
Management of international sales of hybrid sees of cereals,
oil seeds, pulses, vegetables and cotton.
-
Study
trends in international market, and forecast sales for
different products.
-
Activities in market development and increasing demand for
commercial hybrids.
-
Create
sales network and meet clients’ demands.
-
Interact
with national production, quality and sales teams to plan
exports.
-
Involves
regular international travel across the regions to work with
clients and representatives.
Essential
qualifications
-
Graduate/Post Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture or
related science.
-
10 years
experience in sales of hybrid seeds of major crops.
-
High
level of knowledge in agri-businesses of different
countries.
-
Excellent
communication skills in English are a must. Knowledge of
other foreign languages is an added advantage.
-
Should
have experience and proven track record in a similar field.
