POSITION:
Seed
Production Field Representative
Location: Treasure Valley of Idaho headquartered in
Nampa, Idaho. Desired candidate should be open to transfer to
the Columbia Basin in Washington as future production needs may
require.

The
primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited
to:

Establish and maintain
production relationships with growers. Contract seed
production to achieve the desired quantity and quality.

Support field production
activities in the role of crop consultant and quality
assurance manager.

Function as crop scientist to
find and implement solutions to production and quality
challenges.

Assist with stock seed, R&D
activities, and genetic maintenance.

Prepare reports and
communications as needed.

Primary production species are
Hybrid Sweet Corn Seed and Snap Bean seed.
