POSITION:
Sales
representative, Ukraine, Russia, Romania and Bulgaria
Spirou Group, founded in 1947, has a major focus on corn,
sunflower, Alfalfa and vegetable seeds and is dealing with
breeding, research, production, development and distribution of
above seeds around Mediterranean region.
To further strengthen our business in the above countries we are
looking to fill this position.
Desired profile
A solid technical agricultural background together with a
good practical commercial field experience and attitude is
important for the job
- A thorough understanding
of sales and marketing practices in the seed crop business
in region, including some management level experience.
- Strong technical
background in some or all of the seed crops relevant to this
role.
- Excellent analytical
skills with the ability to develop a business plan/marketing
strategy.
- Good experience in
business of agriculture with at least 3 years in sales.
- Good agricultural practice
knowledge.
- Fluent communication in
English and local language is required.
Main Responsibilities
- Organise commercial trials
for introduction of products and provide customer support at
the field.
- Introduce
products/varieties to existing and potential customers.
- Provide market, price and
product information in order to contribute to the
formulating of the marketing and sales plan.
- Plan, review, adapt and
execute the annual sales plan within the designated region.
- Develop a trustful
business relation with customers leading to partnership.
Business base in each of above
countries according to candidates wish.
